  • When I log on I get an error message about cookies.

    Check to see that you have cookies enabled on your computer. Click here for more information.
  • I cannot hear any sound when we use the course.

    Make sure your speakers are switched on and the volume is turned up. If you sometimes use headphones, ensure the output is changed back to speakers using your computer's control panel.
  • The site is running slowly. What can I do?

    Close any other applications that are running on your computer. Sometimes an anti-virus check working in the background can slow down your internet speeds.
  • Do I need broadband to use the course?

    No, but it is highly recommended. The course is designed to be viewed on a broadband connection. The course lessons will all play if you are on a dial-up connection but they might take a few minutes to download and play slowly.
  • A link on the site is not working.

    We check our links regularly, but should you find a link that is not working, we would appreciate it if you could inform us. We will then remedy it as soon as possible.
  • Can you supply the course on a CD or DVD?

    Having the course online means that you can access it from any computer in the world at any time. We are not currently offering the course offline.
